First check the card to make sure it isn't write protected, if it isn't write protected, put the card into a camera and the camera should fix it

Please, perform a camera hard reset. To do so, follow the steps below:
  1. Turn off the camera.
  2. Remove any memory card installed.
  3. Remove all power sources (batteries and AC power) from the camera for at least 5 seconds.
  4. Reinsert the batteries and close the Battery/Memory card door and/or reconnect the HP AC power adapter to the camera.
  5. Verify if the camera works without an optional memory card.
NOTE: Resetting the camera returns all settings to the factory defaults. Any images stored in memory will be retained. If the error message still appears after performing the camera hard reset, please click contact hp on this page for more support. CAUSE: The issue is caused by the Focus Home Sensor falling out of its position.

Xd memory card

A card access error may indicate that an xD-Picture Card memory card is in a write-protected condition. xD-Picture Card memory cards have a special protection feature to ensure that your pictures are kept safe. NOTE: During this condition, you can still use the printer for printing and saving photos from the xD-Picture Card to a secure location, such as the computer hard drive. To resolve this error, try the following:
  • Reinsert the xD-Picture Card memory card into your camera and turn on the camera. In most cases, the camera automatically makes the necessary changes.
  • Reformat the xD-Picture Card memory card. See the documentation that came with your camera for instructions on reformatting the memory card. Note that this process erases the pictures currently saved to your memory card. To save these pictures, transfer them to the computer before reformatting the memory card. Once you reformat the memory card, transfer those photos back to the memory card using the computer.

Lens error 115,1,0,0

Hey Sarchezz,
I can't tell you how much it would cost to get fixed because without looking at the camera itself an authorized service technician would not be able to even guess, but often the price of camera repairs exceeds the value of the camera. A few things I would try first are removing the batteries and letting the camera sit for a minute or two and then reinserting them, remove the batteries and the memory card then reinsert the batteries only which should give you an error message and then reinsert the memory card, and you could also try placing the camera flat on a table and press and hold the shutter button and then turn the camera on. If none of these suggestions work I would have an estimate done by an authorized service technician. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

your memory card has a virus! try formatting using camera. make it a habit that whenever you reinsert the memory card in your camera format it first before taking shots, this will erase everything including virus!
