When i installed audio drive.it reply that media device can't find how i get media drive

That referrers to third party software like for an array card / driver. Don't choose it for a normal install.

plz install the sound driver, you can download it from the hp website

DriverInstallation Fail:Could not find the MEDIA device for this drive.

1. Back up all data on your hard drive immediately, if possible.

Do this with regularity.

2. Your disc may be corrupt, so replace it and reformat and reload your operating system and all data files that you have backed up.

3. Reattempt the installation.

This once happened to me and what i solved this problem by installing new drivers

Please check whether the device drivers for your Audio Hardware is installed or not. The process is
Start>Run>devmgmt.msc (type and click ok or press enter)
Now find your audio device and check whether drivers for the same are installed or not...
If the device shows mark of exclamation (!) or interrogation (?) beside it, please install drivers for it.
Try and pls reply.

Check your device manager and see if the audio card is detected by the system. Usually if the drivers aren't installed, it will say audio controller with a yellow question mark or a yellow exclamation mark. If not detected, reseat your audio card if possible.

If you have the cd for the motherboard, you can install the driver for your sound. Look in device manager under sound video and game controllers, and find your sound card. I had the same problem when I put in a new hard drive, I didnt have any sound so I had to install the driver from the cd. If you don't have the cd, you can always find the driver on the web. a good site to check is www.driver.com

Installing only audio drivers will give you error "DRIVER INSTALLATION FAILED. COULD NOT FIND MEDIA DEVICE FOR THIS DRIVER" .so to solve this problem first you have to download microsoft universal audio driver and then install audio drivers
