ND error in your Maytag Front Load washer indicates no drain issue. To start with check the drain hose for any clogs and try cleaning it, then check restriction in drain pump assembly or loose wire at the pump. NF error in your Maytag is displayed due to no fill condition, when the washer tries to fill but is unable to, nf is displayed. Thanks for using FixYa. Error NF means No Fill. The washer has tried to fill but was unsuccessful. NF indicates No Flow. There is something that is interrupting the inbound flow of water to the washer, either hot or cold. Sometimes this happens when water service in the area is interrupted, creating an air pocket that causing the water valve not to sense water.

Try running the diagnostic test by—

• Press the delicates and heavy soil keys together for 3 seconds.
• You are in the service mode.
• Now, press wrinkle free key, cold water should start entering.
• Then, press the cotton sturdy and hot water should flow.
• To exit the test mode, either unplug the machine or press the delicate and heavy soil again for 3 seconds.

power outage should not have caused this / but the do is (door) code it either didn't lock . or is unable to lock . the latch assem may have to be leplaced . try turning power of /just unplug and plug back in and try to program .. if it doesn't i would repl door latch .. pls feed back mm

A Door Lock Error occurs if the door cannot be locked. It will try to lock it six times before displaying the error code.

Possible Causes / Procedure

• Door lock mechanism is broken or removed from door.
• Door switch/lock unit failure.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check door switch/lock unit.
3. Check the wire harness connections to the door switch/lock unit and Main control board.

If the wire harness is ok, replace the door lock mech.

replace the door latch wax motor and check the drain pump for obstructions.

NF = No Flow (water).

1.Is the water turned on? 2.Check inlet hose screens for restriction.
3.Check wire connections in harness leading from machine control board to pressure switch.
4.Check water valve.
5.Check inputs and outputs at machine control board.

Faulty Latch ,, i would order and replace the latch assy, you acess the latch by removingthe 4 screws in the dispensor assy, the n remove the door, andthe 2 screws opposit teh door hinge. then the front "u shaped" panel will come off and then just 2 5/16" screws on either side will release the main top assembly allowing you to tip it backwards and gaining acess to the latch assy
