There should be a default code, that overrides the set code, and using it you can reset it by an other code. Refer its user manual to get this override code. Electro help Gopakumar Gopalan Google

Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

by default it is 0000 if not done just use sony erricson tool2lite to unlock.

Look in your tools menu ... look for phone settings ... if you set this feature and put in a strange password (default is last 4 digits of your number) remember it! If you 'forget it' no one can help you but your service provider, and he only with a hard reset.
