Hi I am using Navman S30 car navigator. It has been giving me problems now. Every time I connect its charger, it turns on and gets stuck on the usb connection screen. I have changed its charger but I am still getting the same problem.

You have to use the Navdesk software on your computer to load maps into Navman gps unit.

I had to buy a new in car charger for my navman s30,but when i plug it in to the sat nav & cigerette socket it keeps showing a computer,usb & navman picture.

Turn the Navman off by holding the power button in the upper left corner of the device until the screen goes blank.
Plug the unit into its charger using the USB port on the bottom of the unit. The battery indicator light next to the power switch should turn orange, indicating that the device is charging. Once the light has turned green the charge is complete. If the light does not turn on, verify that the car charger is plugged into a working outlet.

Where do i get the software to download updates on my navman s30

The second option should allow you to download the update and then you will have to follow the instructions and connect your gps to the computer via usb cable.

I HAVE DELETED THE MAPS FROM MY S30 NAVMAN .WHEN START UP THE UNIT IT SAYS THERE ARE NO MAPS. I DO NOT HAVE THE DISK FOR THE NAVMAN EITHER. HOW DO I GET THE MAPS BACK ON

Forget it. I have had the same problem with a S80 and Navman does not give a damn.
I cannot even load the maps I paid for.
Lost my money. Never again.

My Navman S30 seems to be stuck in a loop. From

Get the disk that came with it and load NavDesk on your computer delete the maps on your Navman and then reload them. This fixed the problem for me.

Same problem. Mine is going to agreement page over and over again. some times gets stuck on the lady out the window.??

Open your usb cable with a sharp knife; you'll find four different coloured cables inside: leave the red and black cable intact; cut the other two. Close your cable with some tape.
Your navman won't go into usb mode again, but it will charge your device
