I plugged in my mp3 player to my computer and it says that they found my new device and it's succesfully downloaded in my computer. but when I go to "My computer" to look for the mp3 player so I can dowload songs I can't find it in there. Do you know where I would find it? I
Connect your mp3 player to the usb on your computer, then open my computer, once that is open you should see something that says removable disk, click on that to open it, and your music should be in there. To download music onto the mp3 player, find the music you want and download it to your computer, then open the file on the computer that the music is on, and then open the file with your mp3 player and just drag and drop. Drag from the computer file and drop into the mp3 player file. hope this helps

I have a SanDisk Clip 1gp When i connect it to the computer nothing pops up. It doesnt even show if a new device is found. Its not even found in my computers. I tested the mp3 and it plays,opens,and closes. Everything seems fine. I even tested my cable. I tried it on my cell phone and it found a new device. But It cant be found in my computer or anywhere.. Scan your computer after download , and click update on each category of your system .When you get an activation ( Current or Pro ) Window ....click the Grey update button each time for each category ..
