Hello,
Speed dialing is a default feature for all phones from 2G and upwards. First go to your settings(call settings) and check that the function for speed dialing has been enabled; ON. The rest is automatic ...just press and hold any of the phone buttons from 2,3,4....0 and follow the prompt that comes up on your screen. This will allow you to assign speed dials to the digits 2,3,4....0 on your phone.
You will have to get into program mode for this. you will have to press this sequence of buttons. Hold*#*#1*2*3*. Password is default to 0000. Program number is 902 then press hold. Press Intercom button for Date and line 1 button for time. If you press Intercom #66 enter speed dial number 10-99 is station speed dial. If you press Intercom #66 and enter speed dial numbers 100-999 will be system speed dial. Hope this helps. I included a site below with program manuals.
You could have a bad phone try to swap it with a working one. If that does not work there could be a problem with the port in the system or cabling. Move to a new port or new cable
you dont really have to redo the numbers again..you could just replace the speed dial you want with the speed dial number but if you still want that number just jot the current speed dial number down and then replace it with the one you want and do this for any other numbers you'd want to change..its simple really :)
