If the temp indicator light comes on and/or oven fan circulates then its most likely the heating element. if neither then its thermostat or selector switch...

Preheat ovens only when necessary. With conventional ovens, keep the preheating time to a minimum. Unless you're baking breads or pastries, you may not need to preheat the oven at all.

Can you clarify a couple of things for me please: Is this a gas hob and gas oven, or is the oven electric? If it is gas, does it have a pilot light? (and is the pilot light on?) If gas, does the oven light for a moment and then go out or does it not even light?

If the light is in the oven panel some models are part of the display, and the whole display would have to be replaced. If however the light is separate this can be replaced on its own, some models have a sealed LED, others have a small builb, on the hob the lights are usually sealed two wires are soldered to them, removal requires total dismantal of the rear of the hob and then a replacement soldered back in be careful of the polarity as incorrectly connected it will not light up. You can get parts from a local elecrical appliance store.

I have a delongi oven and hob hob is working fine but the oven isnot im turning the nob on the front of the oven and ignition on lighting is fine after I release the knob on the front the supply turns striaght off no flame no gas nothing

Get the oven checked out by a professional, if you have a gas leak you can easily blow up the entire house and you with it. I think you have a faulty gas valve based on what you wrote
It is probably and electrical service issue. If this is a North American unit, it uses two electrical circuits to provide power. You must find and reset the breakers and check that the wiring is operating as intended. Less likely: It could also be a manufacturing defect. DeLonghi uses screw compression connections on some products. Sometimes, they don't work well.
