My coby mp3 player wont let put music on it!

Go to the coby site and download the coby media manager the one on the player is corrupt (http://www.cobyusa.com/?p=fix_mp822). Once you get that installed on you PC go to Device and expand the device (should have a drive letter with a plus sign click on the plus sign) and you will see that your music is actually in a folder titled "music". Move it all to the folder titled "audio", don't ask I don't get it. You should now be able to use the touch screen and click on the music icon and see all your music.

Coby MP822-4G touch screen doesn't work with our MAC!

Unfortunately itunes only works for apple ipods. If the Media Player shows up on the desktop and discover where the music files should be dropped then he should be able to go to his user folder and then the music folder and then the iTunes Music Library and then be able to drag and drop his required music onto the player. Sounds a bit of a fiddle but a final piece of advice try it with one folder or even one music file and then see if it works.
