Hi! Try to restart your router. If it doesn't work, try to restart your computer. If it still doesn't work, make sure that you don't have a power on/off for wireless on your laptop. If you have that button, turn it on/off and wait to see for a reaction from the laptop. If nothing happens, try to check the laptop's conectivity to other wireless devices. I hope this will work! It could be a loose RAM. Take it to the authorized Service center and if the problem is same as I suspect then you could get the problem fixed in just 10 minutes and probably for free.

if nothing is happening and the light is not lighten up for wireless, try reinstalling the software that came with the laptop for the wireless side of things. if you goto start settings control panel. or start and control panel. then goto network conections and in the list of conections look for the wireless card. if its off it will say disabled in grey under it. right click it and say enabled this will turn it on. if it dont right click it and goto properties and then on the wireless tab theres an option in there to turn off and on. hope this helps in some way.

check to see if you can hear a hum from the charger it self , push the box hard againts ear if its humbing charger is ok, if you cant hear anything from it check fuse to plug. if this is ok then charger is broken.

If charger is ok check the conection into the laptop if it feels loose and when u move it slightly it goes on and off then possible conection to laptop prob.

If this conection is ok and the charger is humbing and working, could be a possible internal switch gone in the laptop that decides to charge and not charge when battery is full. These are always failling on laptops but hopfully its not this.

If you find the charger is broken search ebay for a new or secound hand one, aint to expensive. hope this helps

The reset is in the setup menu but since you can't turn it on, that's useless. Are you sure the battery is inserted correctly? Try cleaning the battery contacts in the camera with a cotton swab lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol.

hi guys...can you try to remove the battery then plug the AC/Charger then see what happen..only charger no battery pack in Laptop...

does your hard disk require also a USB power cord? maybe it was not included in the original package but you need it.

Usually Olympus products use a USB cable with a standard size plug on one end and a "d" shaped end on the other end. Most computer stores are carrying cables like that.

The other option you could try is to get a card reader for XD memory cards. There inexpesive. All you do is remove the memory card from the camera and place it into the card reader.
