Make sure that your little speaker is plugged in to the correct pins. This gets many people every time. If the speaker isn't plugged into the correct slot you're definitely not going to get anything to work...yeah i know...a silly speaker...you can have quite a few things plugged incorrectly and things will still work but if you have the speaker plugged into the wrong one...then ur dead in the water...find the little cylindrical speaker and try plugging it into a different slot...really look on that board for it. Should be labeled JFP2..connect the speaker to the 4 pin side of that 7 pin connection.

New build with X58A-UD3R board from an New Egg bundle. When I power on the board gets power, fans run but nothing for the BIOS setup. Video Card is a GTX560ti

Check CPU and GPU power connection, also try to install ram to another slot.
Did you connect speaker? maybe there some beep codes to clarify error type.

Building desktop: no beeps, no video The mobo LED are on, fan is running but getting no signal to monitor. I've tested the video card in another pc and confirmed working. The only time the mobo beeps...

If the cpu was bad- nothing would turn on--be sure the cable is good-- also be sure the VGA is enabled in the bios- since you cant see the video you have to reset the cmos setting--unplug the unit and remove the cmos battery-reinstall after one minute and check for video

New build, everything powers up but no display

Does the system beep when you first power it on? It sounds like the on-board viedo may have failed you. Do you have any other PC's around that you can test the monitor with? If it is the on-board video, you can use one of the expansion slots available on your mobo. There's a PCI-E x16 and a PCI-E x1 available on this board.

Nothing powers up

Check your power supply connections
Sounds like you may have missed the P 4 connection near the CPU socket.

Hope this helps you please rate...

A7V8X NOTHING HAPPENING,

When a power supply goes out the way yours did, it's going to fry the MB 99% of the time. So you're going to need a new MB. It's possible that you CPU is ok, but that could also go too. I would replace the MB first, then the CPU if that doesn't work.

Mach speed motherboard problem

I had the same problem once. I took it to CompUSA to have them diagnose the problem, and they said I fried the motherboard or CPU. The fans turn on just because your power supply is on.
