If you pause the song that is playing and press the MODE button located on the side of the player it will give you the option of viewing the folder you are currently listening to. Selecting the / will take you out of the folder to a main menu. Everything is usually divided into Artist, Album, songs.
You can open the device on your computer and manually rearrange folders and songs in order to make a custom playlist.
Check and see if the songs you put on the mp3 player are a hidden file Connect to your computer open my computer goto tools on the top of the page folder options click on view Here you will see Hidden files and folder click on do not show hidden files and folders and put a check mark on hide ext....and hide protected Hit apply. Delete any songs you put on the player and start over
have you tried opening the files in a music player? it sounds like you are just accessing the file folders. try opening it with windows media player or something like that.
well i guess it works if u do this if you using xp or vista
1.take all the (songs) ... tht you want to ne folder not on the mp3..
2.format the big partition on the mp3
3.uppgrade the firmware i think you can get a software to that on this site.. www.sansa.com
4.pull the songs .. photos movies to your mp3\4 and try if it doesen´t work i guess you got to reinstall the hole sh#@

First, this may not be necessary but, go to the control panel, folder options, under the View tab make sure that it is set to show hidden files and folders. If that didn't work (it probably didn't), try changing the USB setting on your mp3 player. You do this in the settings menu of your player and change whatever USB is set to to the other option. Then see if you can see your songs. That's all I can think of... hope it works.
T.sonic cannot operate after it was formatted in Windows Formatting T.sonic using the “Quick Format” or “Full Format” option in Windows destroys the default format of the T.sonic.
