You can directly copy the firmware in the usb using computer. Just be sure the usb you are using is compatible with the copier. 1 Gb usb V2 will do ..

i think it is a problem with your firmware.If you have powerful internet connection then install nokia software updater and update your firm ware.

This error code code comes because of outdated firm ware you just have to update the firm ware and solve the problem.

Update the firmware on the HP Color Laser Jet 4700 printer to version 20091125 46.120.4 or later. This new firmware resolves the issue.

certain utilities from salvationdata or acer lab can help one do a firmware back up and restore, also certain hard drive companies like seagate and wd have firm ware backup and restore utilities,hitachi has its firm ware saved in three places on the harddrive in the SA areas as SA A SA B AND SA C. one has to have hdd hitachi from salvation data to back up firm ware , which i feel is an expensive affair. or just go to a recovery guy and ask for firm ware upgrade done by salvation data or acer equipments
if the charges are exorbitant , let me know the firm ware of your hitachi drive and i will try to give it to you. pm me if you are not in a position to back up by any of my recommended methods
