Oven does not turn on

When I press on the start button the oven does not turn on. All the settings work fine. I can set the clock, timer, temperature, select toast\bake\convectiuon etc but when I press Start it does not turn on

The oven is just over a year old. My brother bought the very same oven at the same time that I did and his is also doing the same thing,

Both ovens died about the same time

These ovens have a timer switch that lasts just about a year. Mine did the same thing and you cannot find the timer switch anywhere in the USA. The switch is likely a DKJ/1-60. There is a switch made by Delonghi that will work. The part # is 05XDE5218104600. You can get one at "The Gourmet Depot" website for $10 + shipping.

Nah. Mine has a burnt part on the PCB. It's the spade terminal at the bottom labeled C-L coming from the transformer at the back of the unit. The PCB is blackened all around it and the spade terminal came right off the board when I pulled on it. Why so much heat at that location? I dunno.

We used this oven constantly. Too bad. Where to get parts? I dunno.

Setting time

I own the exact same toaster oven. Can't locate the manual. Also,
tried to set the time, which was off by 2 hours, and no luck, either.
Try to Google the instruction manual pdf. Good luck.

I have a new toaster oven and the clock won't set properly

I would call Cuisinart - this one has a 3-year warranty, and all they would need is a serial number, not the receipt. Do any of the lights turn on? When you pressed clock, did you hold in the hours button?
