Well there is a problem with some cards that wont disply on TV and some do but the screen is black n white thats the way it is. its due to the driver, update the driver to latest and then give it a shot.

8 months before my cpu was brakedown. that period i was not using this monitor. Today im connect new cpu and Now its displsying only quarter area of up side in the display. Other area ash colour look.

First, make sure you have the appropriate drivers for your monitor loaded on your computer. You may have to also change your video card settings to optimize the image.

Without knowing what make and model you are referring to, it is very difficult for the volunteer Fixya experts to focus in on the problem and then assist you.

Image does not

If you are saying the computer boots up but nothing shows on the monitor, then try the steps below.

It sounds like your monitor or video card has an issue.
Try connecting another monitor to the computer. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the computer. If the Borrowed monitor displays and works ok, then your original monitor is bad. If the Borrowed monitor does not display then the Video Card inside the computer is bad.

Black screen just after boot window from USB

Sounds like either the monitor or video card inside the computer is bad. Try connecting another monitor to the computer. Borrow a monitor from a friend, neighbor, relative or co-worker and plug it into the computer. If the borrowed monitor displays ok, then your original monitor is bad. If the borrowed monitor does the same thing and not show a display then your video card inside the computer is bad.

6349 cannot display

Try another monitor on the desktop. You problem is either the monitor or the video card. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the desktop. If the borrowed monitor shows the display and works ok, then your original monitor is bad. If the borrowed monitor does not show the display just like your original monitor did not show a display, then the Video Card in the computer is bad.

I am using LCD monitor LG, my son changed some settings which i don't know, Presently, the monitor says Out of range 53.6KHZ / 60HZ. What is the problem and How to solve this problem and restoration of my...

He may have changed the display settings on the computer. He may have altered the refresh rate higher than the monitor can handle.
You can try start the computer in safe mode (F8 repeatedly on boot up, till the safe mode option comes up)
This will load basic video drivers, you should be able to check your settings now.
Windows xp / right click on desktop and your settings are there
OR control panel / display

well there is a simple solution but i m not sure if u can handle it,,,,

well if you can then remove ur driver for card and then remove the card,

now boot the system with builtin display and run atleast once,

now after that shut down the PC and again reattach the card and boot the system this time install different driver.

i got the same problem but i fixed it as i suggested here.

Problem installation video card

Hello Virna, i have that exact graphics card and dell GX270 desktop here at home, tho it has been awhile since i removed the Nvidia PCI card for a more favorable AGP card. From what i remember, first check your BIOS (hit F2 on startup) and select integrated devices, scroll down and make sure your default video output is either PCI (if available) or AUTO) exit saving changes. If that yields no result. Plug in a second monitor to your old integrated video output, if you can view windows after bootup from there, then you can install the proper Nvidia display driver for windows Xp (available here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_175.19_whql.html ). After installing, right click on the desktop, select properties, display settings tab, and make sure the Geforce card is the main monitor and the desktop monitor. Click apply, unplug the integrated VGA output, and restart. Hope this helps.
