Unplug the wireless receiver from the back of the computer. Wait 10 seconds and replug back in. Check connectivity. If nothing then check batteries in mouse, if still nothing try click the Connect button on the wireless receiever and then underneath the keyboard...repaet the process for the mouse. You should get something on the screen stating the channel 1 is for the keyboard and channel 2 is for the mouse. Hope this helps! - Erick :-)

I have a onn wireless mousee and cannot find receiver. Can it still work without it?

The wireless mouse requires the receiver to work. There is a possibility that Bluetooth may pick it up but that is not usual.

Parts for my ONN wireless Keyboard and Mouse

Guys, did you READ the question? Bruce has lost his ONN USB Nano receiver, that is all - he is looking for a replacement.

I searched everywhere, and found no replacements. ONN has a website for numerous ONN replacements items, but no NANO receiver/dongle. I did find a wireless mouse for $.03, YES, 3 cents, at Walmart - it's an ONN brand https://www.walmart.com/ip/Onn-Wireless-Mouse-Fuchsia/292577928

If there are any available at Walmarts in your area, it's worth $.03 to buy it and see if the dongle will work.
Your post is a year old so you may not need one any longer, but if you still have your keyboard and mouse, it's worth a shot. I have lost mine also.

After a few months, the keyboard works fine, the mouse will still click on the screen but it is frozen in place. After trying all of the advise I found online, nothing has worked. HELP!

try replacing the batteries in the mouse as this happens when the battery voltage gets below working voltage required
batteries last about 5 to 8 weeks then it freezes the pointer

Help me please ^^ i just bought this mouse and when i plug i, it doesn't install and my PC is saying that it doesn't recognize it

Try replacing the batteries and connecting the mouse again. If you just now bought it and it doesn't work, ask for your money back. There are a lot of negative reviews for this mouse.

My MX1100 cordless mouse no longer recognized

It sounds like the Drivers for the Mouse aren't be installed. Since it is a wireless mouse and receiver it will need separate drivers to function properly. If it came with a CD I would try re-installing any software that came on the disc. If not (I'm assuming its a Logitech Mouse here) I would visit the Logitech website (www.logitech.com) and see if you can locate Drivers there.

Cordless mouse stopped working

While this sounds redundant, check the batteries again, then hit the connection button on the receiver and the button on the bottom of the mouse. That will usually re-establish the connection.
If that does not work, go into Control Panel and Hardware and uninstall the mouse, then restart the computer. That may get it recognized again.
There have been some reports of issue where the because of Windows updates, some cordless mice no longer are recognized but they work on other computers. If that is what you have going on, there is no answer other than to get a different brand of wireless mouse that uses different drivers.
