Try this one, Turn on the printer, Take out the inks, remove the printhead, put back the printhead make sure it will snap and you hear a click, put the inks back, wait for the printer to initialize, Press the Menu button, look for Calibrate printer, then print calibration page, then scan it after. Load a regular paper. Then try to print a demo page by pressing Photo and Copy at the same for 5 seconds then let it go. If same problem persist call this no for further assistance 1800 421 6699 Thanks
Try this one Take out the inks and printhead Leave the cartridge door open, then unplug the power cord from the back of the printer while the access door is open Close the cartridge door once the cord is unplugged Reconnect the powercord, turn on the printer, then your printer will look for your printhead "Printhead missing or not installed correctly..." Then put everything back. make sure it will snap in to place. Then print a calibration page, then scan it. This is just over writing the error message. Thanks Josh - Kodak Tech Support

explain it..........it could be spitting blank pages or not even pulling the paper in.......i can assume anything but will try to provide resolution once i understand the issue

Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is
turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software
program that came with the printer. When the software
program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should
again work properly.

3-Try a removal and reinstall of the printhead and inks
