Simpson Neptune, atlas series electric oven isn't working.

Hi If you have Simpson Neptune 3U 602 then it may be to do with the timer function. This also happened with my oven.

There is a red section on the face of the clock. The oven seems to work if it shows the hand icon. I'm not sure what it symbolises yet, as it's a new oven for me, but it is now working. You can change the icons by turning the left nob left and right. Hope this helps.

Gas oven----the bake ignitor is weak and needs repalcing

Electric oven---- does the element glow bright red,if yes swap out for new one---if no need to call for
service and see why voltage to bake element isn't correct
