Generic answer: look in the manual for changing the language from English to another. If is is well-illustrated, you will be able to follow the pictures until you find the list of languages. If not, you will have to search for the language list. The next trick is identifying the word of "English" in that list. It might be Engles, Anglais, or some other variant.
The Garmin
manual relies on verbal descriptions. To change the language, find "System" in the Home screen, select "Language" to bring up the list of languages. Fortunately, most European-derived languages use a similar word for "System." There are seven items in the System menu, and Language is the next-to-last item (this may help you identify the System menu if you don't find a likely candidate by inspection). If you are having a really good day, each language uses its own term for the language, and you will see the word "English" on the list. If you are having a bad day, everything is in Sanskrit or some other non-Latin character set, and you'll have to try each one until you find something more familiar.
