Sony Playstation PS3 Error 80022A07

The error 80022A07 is a widespread problem at the moment and has been happening since 11/11/09. This current error is actually caused by Sonys Servers and they are working on a fix presently.

According to Sony this error is occurring because of "Database and Server Overloads". This is blamed on the large number of Games releases and several updates being released at the moment and is not profile specific.

In other words too many people are using the servers all at one time.

The only thing you can do at present is wait until Sony have resolved the server issue as this is effecting the majority of users at present.

You cannot fix this current error yourself - however do not worry because there is a widespread issue occurring at the moment with the PSN Network. Some PS3 Fat consoles are not synchronising properly due to an internal clock error and this is causing this network error to display.

Sony are aware of the problem and say they will have it resolved within 24 hours.

when i try to play my PS3 games the system tells me the trouphys cant install so now i cant play any games

This happens when the PS3 Network is under going maintence, it happens atleast once a month. Its not your PS3, just give it sometime and should come back up on its own. Possibly after a update as well.

There is a widespread issue occurring right across the board at this very moment with the PSN Network. Some consoles are not synchronising properly due to an internal clock error and this is causing this error to display.

You cannot resolve this error yourself - however, it is expected that Sony will have this resolved within 24 hours maximum..
