Tip & How-To about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines

Superautomaitc does not make coffee. Dumps wet grounds. Short pump time.

If it pumps for a short time and then dumps the grounds, you either need to reprogram the button. Push and hold the button for the coffee you want, but hold it all the way through the process. Don't release the button until you get the amount of coffee you want for that button, then release the button. That should get you the same amount next time. You can do this for each coffee button.
If that doesn't fix it, then you might need a new flow meter.

i need to clean my capresso c1000. i can't find the instructions. i put a cleaning tablet into the ground coffee area, and ran the ground coffee button a few times. is that it?

No, first push the self clean button (hold until lights come on). Then pull the grounds unit and empty it, that will turn off one red light. Fill the water tank. Then drop the tablet. Then hit the ground coffee button. Cycle through and dump the grounds each time the grounds light illuminates.

Hi, I have a Saeco Incanto and both short & tall selections give the same very short coffee. It is very nice with crema but very very short. How can I increase the dosage? There doesn't seem to be a mechanism for it, nor is it in the manual. I have compared it to my sister's Saeco (different model) which makes a real short and a real tall.

when i push the button to make a cup of coffee, no water comes out, the bean ground, but no water, there is water in the tank.

There are a few of things that that might be.
1. It has to be reprogrammed. Push and hold through all the grinding, clicking, and when the pump starts, keep it held down and when it gets to the volume you want, then release. You can do it to all the coffee buttons.
2. You might have a blockage ion the brew head.
3. Your grind might be too fine. Adjust to a coarser setting(larger #)
