Is a pogo printer compatible with all phones? I have bought my daughter a lg cookie mobile phone for xmas.But i do not want to buy a pogo digital printer for it if it is not compatible for her phone.

I do not have the LG touch mobile, but experienced a similar problem with another device. It didn't work at al: I selected a photo, say print and sent it via bluetooth to the POGO, it didn't connect.
The solution that worked was: Not give a PRINT-command! Just SEND your picture to the POGO by bluetooth, and it will start printing.
try pulling the battery out and waiting about 20 mins then putting it back in if prob is still there let the battery run all the way down intill it wont come on stick battery in freezer for 30 mins and c if that helps
The way to solve the problem is as follows:
1. Goto the My Stuff Icon and select the "My images" Icon.
2. Select a Photo to open it.
3. Click the drop the drop down menu (▤), and click rename.
4. Type in a name then .jpg and save.
5. Then "send" it to bluetooth.

hello, i had this problem with my lg phone but i have found that if i change the picture name before printing it then will print via the bluetooth. hope that helps. sarah
What's 02 lg cookie. Normally cookies have to do with websites. The technology of the PoGo printer is to send a BlueTooth jpeg file.from your camera/pc to the pogo printer. Nothing to do with website browsers.
Buy an external battery charger and an extra battery. This will give you the ability to charge the kp500 battery separate. The extra battery will ensure you always have one charging and ready to go.
