Ipdate 3.15 will not let me access playstation

Go to control panel click on windows ipdate there you have options

Most likely because the servers are down. A game like this, that game out 3 years ago, wouldn't have the store or multiplayer servers still running. You can try searching for DLC directly through PS store, but as far as through the in game menu, it's not going to happen.

Have you tried holding down the "Down-D-pad" key while accessing the store? You could also try pressing triangle on the Playstation store icon and deleting it. You can re-download it.

Only certain sevices are up and running on the PSN (Playstation Network) at the moment. You will have to wait until Sony have got the store online. This is because of the playstation network being hacked into and millions of customer details being stolen as a result of being hacked. Sony will let you know in due time which services are up and running and when you can access them.

It's not just games but also accessing the playstation store is down.

Turn the playstation off and then back on. You have to be connected to PSN to play Netflix and connect to the PS Store--is something maybe wrong with your username/password?

You can download free demos from the PlayStation Store. Update your PSP firmware to the latest version and then access the PlayStation Store. It's very unlikely that you will find full games on the PS Store for free.

You have to activate u r psp system in playstation store account then it should work fine
