My one year old kept pressing the buttons on the screen and turned on some type of gray symbol and it keeps flashing it kind of looks like an upside down pacman eating a triangle (lol). What did he do?

This type of radio has a
H
button for setting the time.
You can set the time by following these steps:
1. Turn the ignition key to ACC/ACCESSORY or
ON/RUN. Press the
O
knob, located in the
center of the radio, to turn the radio on.
2. Press the
H
button until the hour begins flashing
on the display. Press the button a second time and
the minute begins flashing on the display.
3. While either the hour or the minute numbers are
flashing, turn the
f
knob, located on the upper
right side of the radio, clockwise or counterclockwise
to increase or decrease the time.
4. Press the
H
button again until the clock display
stops flashing to set the currently displayed time;
otherwise, the flashing stops after five seconds and
the current time displayed is automatically set.
To change the time default setting from 12 hour to
24 hour, press the
H
button and then the pushbutton
located under the forward arrow label. Once the
time 12H and 24H are displayed, press the pushbutton
located under the desired option to select the default.
Press the
H
button again to apply the selected default,
or let the screen time out

If you are already on the "frequently called" list, look in the lower right corner. There is a symbol that looks like 3 gray boxes stacked vertically. Press that and a menu will appear. The third item down in that menu is "clear frequents". Press that and you should be good to go.


To get to your "frequently called" list, from your home screen press the green phone symbol on the bottom left. From there, look at the menu at the top (gray phone, gray clock, gray person) and press the gray person symbol. You should now have an aqua heading that says "Frequently Called" and you can follow the instructions above. Best of luck!

if it flashes gray, try to turn it off & then remove the cables and battery to it. Press an hold power button for 5 secs, then reinsert those back. Turn it on and if it is still grey, there might be a problem on the video card itself. Contact your local pc provider for repair /replacement of that..

To turn the flash ON please follow the instructions below

• Raise the Flash
• After pressing the 'right arrow' button turn the mode dial button (round button) on top to choose 'zigzag down arrow' symbol on the screen.
  

• Then press the FUNC.SET button.
• Once set, 'zigzag down arrow 'symbol will appear on the screen. Now the flash is turned on.

To turn off the flash follow the given steps:-

• Turn on your Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital Camera
• Press the Flash Right Arrow button on the four-way control on the back of your camera to display flash options on the camera's LCD screen
• Now push the Left Arrow or Right Arrow button to select the flash "OFF" icon. It's the third icon that display the flash symbol crossed out by a backslash symbol inside the circle.

You can easily change the time of your Timex watch by following the steps below.

1. With the time and date showing, press the top left button.

2. Press the right top button (this sets seconds).

3. Press the bottom left button. This flashes the hour; press the top right button until you have the correct hour (there is no symbol for am, pm will show if pm).

4. Press the bottom left button, minutes flash. Press the top right button until correct minutes.

5. Press the bottom left button, month flashes. Press the top right button until correct.

6. Press bottom left button, date flashes. Press the top right button until correct.

7. Press bottom left button, day flashes. Press right top button until correct.

8. Press bottom left button, time format flashes (can be set to 24 hour clock). If correct, you're done. Press top left button if you're done (can be pressed at any step if you're finished).

To turn off the chime and alarm: Press bottom left until in the alarm screen. Then press the top right button repeatedly until the CHIME or CH symbol is gone and/or ALARM or ALM to disappear, then press the bottom left button to go back to main time.

try the power reset by pressing the power button for about 10 seconds with batteries out... if this does not work then repair

The batteries probably need to be replaced. Be sure that any batteries seat properly and tightly. You may have to tape the battery door shut with strong tape to keep the contact tight. This type of damage is expensive to repair compared to the cost of the cameras. You can take it in and have it looked at, but be sure to get an estimate and then you can make an educated decision on whether to repair or replace it.

press button with the downward facing arrow ,lightning looking symbol..when flash is on you will see that same symbol on screen.when it is off ,you will see that symbol with a circle around it ..
