It is not worth trying to get batteries for this , the whole thing costs £10 in the UK, which is less than you would get the batteries on their own.
When will people learn to respect the wishes of someone who asks for information without assuming they are somehow incompetent? So maybe someone does know more than someone else. That wasn't the original question, was it?
If you wan to spend £25 on batteries for a £10 cost to replace the drill, go ahead.
But what is the point, the drill is useless without it's batteries?
Paying £10 to purchase a new, under warantee, working (with battery) drill would seem more sense than trying to repair an old one for £25.
