I have purchased a blitz sus power air cleaner core type for my celica 190, unfortunately the instructions to fit it are in Japanese. Is there a site i can download fitting instructions in English?
Tried that already! Fensport uk said should have purchased it in the UK therefore won't sell me the instructions without the product. Will keep on looking for a Japanese interpreter or will contact blitz.co.jp Thanks for trying.Tried that already!

Hello! Thermostat should be a 190 degree...you may have an air blockage...Remove radiator cap start engine and leave cap of until all air bubbles are out (even after thermostat opens)...Cap and test for heat...if there isn't any heat...When that thermostat opens and hot water flows through the upper hose of the radiator that hose will be hot and hard..If you feel the heater hose only one will be hot which means that nice hot water is not passing through the heater core...That could be due to blockage or the control in the car isn't opening the valve on the core...check to see if the heat control is opening the valve...If it is, I would suggest that you purchase a back flushing kit ($10) A plastic tee fits into the inlet heater hose and a garden hose is then connected to the tee...Drain the radiator, remove the thermostat, and turn on the water...do this with heat control on high...The system will back flush out of the top of the radiator and hopefully clean the blockage...Reassemble ...Cap off the tee (cap is in kit)...Install thermostat (190) Is a better choice...Refill radiator...Start engine and leave the radiator cap off until all the air bubbles out............At that point you should have heat...Guru...Saailer
the a-c and heater run on 2 different systems the heater needs coolant going thru the heater core to make heat by blowing air through it and the a-c uses it's own sealed system to cool the air so if you have no heat / it has nothing to do with the a-c working or not . first thing you do is check the cooling system like rad and coolant levels . you will have heater core hoses running from the engine to the firewall going to the heatercore . grab the heater core hose and feel if it's hot . if your hoses are hot then the heater core is bad or the blending doors are stuck .
Finding the room to mount it is the hardest part depending on the type you buy. You will need to test fit it into a few different positions until you find the right spot. Best not to point them into areas they will get wet or too much air pushing into them. They can be mounted in pretty much any direction.
The easier way is if you eliminate your original horn, and hook the 12 Volt power supply from the original horn, to the Air pump that will come with your horns, or that is attached to the horn. If you have to extend the connecting wire, make sure you have a secure connection at both ends
To have both horns, you'll need to install a special switch from the interior to a Heavy Duty 12 Volt relay in the engine compartment that you install, the relay will need to have amperage high enough to match the horns requirements, then connect it through a "Fused" circuit from the battery.
They usually put those instructions on the package.
.
That's it. You press the horn switch, it energizes the pump & instantly provides an air horn sound.
Needs instructions on how to fit a diesel forge motorsport dumpvalve with kit on a skoda fabia 2005 1.9 tDI with the new pd engine as runs with drive by wire. cheers
I had this same problem myself. The hub is a sealed unit and must be
purchased as a whole assembly to the tune of around $400 from Toyota.
Long story short I never replaced my hub. The problem turned out to be
tires that were worn out. I figured that out when i rotated the tires
and the sound moved to the front of the car... Go figure. Replaced the
tires and all the noise went away.
Tried that already!
