Why i'm banned from Barbiegirls.com ?
I was playing and chatting with my friends , then suddenly there was a power cut , after the electricity came , i tried to sign back but it said that i've been banned ! Why ? I didn't done anything wrong , please help me . Please open my account or give my money back because i'm a VIP and my screen name is PearlJasmine1 .
Its easy ! i read the problem it might be a mistake like once i wanted to go on my account but it said there is no such username but i typed it correctly later, i sent them an email about the problem and it got fixed so just send them an email about it.

I read your issue. Well i went to barbiegirl.com website and read the FAQ. The possible cause could be somebody would have reported about bad behavior.
Take a look at this" To let us know about someone's bad behavior, click her character's
baseball card and select "report." Then, from the drop-down menu,
select the reason why you're reporting her to us. Remember, we take
these reports super seriously! Please do not report someone as a joke
or to make them feel bad."
What happens when I report someone?
When
a user is reported, we can review the chat at the time of the incident,
monitor the offending user, and determine whether further action is
required. Any users attempting objectionable behavior will get a series
of warnings, and can eventually be banned from the site.

Thankyou Thomas and Barbiegirls1, my problem is already solved. As i wrote in the description, 'I didn't done anything wrong', i meant that i didn't recieved any series of warnings and nobody ever reported me till now. Sorry Thomas, but your advices were wrong! And congratulations Barbiegirls1 because your answer 100% worked! But actually my problem was solved on the second day. I sent them an email with me username on the same night and my account was opened on the next day. That night i was very sad, so i was searching the whole internet for their email address and then i got fixya.com and posted my problem for some solutions. I appreciate you both that you took time for solving my problem. It proves that Fixya can fix my problems!
