Can install windos 7 in my pc. my pc is "asus p5vd2-x, 1 GB ram, 512 grafic card and 3 GHZ proccesor.

You need to check the specifications of your laptop it may not be able to run Windows 7.
You need these specs:

you are detecting a known problem for 32 bit operating systems.
The problem for those system is that they can manage maximum 3 Gb of RAM.
If you want all of your RAM used you have to install a 64 bit operating system. Windows 7 has also a version for 64 bit as well as windows xp (but is not good supported) and windows vista.

yes its compatible with windows 7.

request you to check speed of 2 gb ram with old 512 gb, if u r using 2 strrips of 1-1 gb then first remove both and resinstall old 512 again, and checked, again install both 2 gb ram and check. if after installation of 2 gb ram laptop is not restarting the problem is only with speed of ram. u may need to install ram with proper matching speed
