Delayed Sound from Center Speaker

With "A" Speakers ON and "B" Speakers OFF, there is no sound from center speaker and muffled sound from side and rear speakers. Remains this way from a cold start for about 25 minutes then all is normal.
To obtain normal sound sooner, it is possible by continually pressing "Surround Mode" Button until start to hear sound breaking into center speaker and turning up the volume (this can take several minutes).
Have checked all speaker connections and replacement of Center Speaker but problem remains and exisits every time the 762 is turned on.

Lg lht854....wont play sound out of rear and center speakers

Try setting it first on surround mode because it is normal for the rear speakers not to come on when it is the surround mode is off. For the center speakers make sure it is hooked up properly. Follow the instruction if you have one. Lastly I never heard of center speakers have two speakers in it but if it does and you only have one set of wire to it then one of the speakers is no good.

No human sounds when playing dvds.

sound like the center channel is out
either bad connection at speaker or receiver is not putting out sound on center. A quick swap of speakers at receiver end will tell you if it is the latter

Bose 901 Series IV BLOWN?

Yes, if you hear any sort of crackling sound, that means it has blown. Given the cost of these units, I would suggest repair. I would also suggest contacting Bose, as many of their products have a lifetime warranty, so you might be in luck. Although, blowing your speakers because you made your speakers go louder than they were supposed to, is no covered in the warranty.

You can approach the repair in 2 ways..
1) Send in to Bose for repair - suggested
2) Take it to a service center, and see if they will be able to recone the speakers or replace. Most service centers are familiar with the 901 series, so you should be ok. If they have no idea what your talking about, stay away.

But yes, they are worth fixing.

Call 1-8O5-465-751O Number To Fix

Yes, you can connect all the other speakers and not have a center speaker. It will not damage the amplifier. But be aware, that many of the surround functions will not sound good without the center speaker. In just about every surround mode the center speaker gets more audio to it than any other speaker. It would sound better if you took one of the rear speakers and used it for a center speaker and have one rear speaker output no connected. The rear speakers get the least amount of sound going to them in all surround modes.

I hope this helps and a Fixya! rating would be appreciated. After all, it is the only reward we get for offering people like yourself free help. Most people never even bother to rate our free help here.

Rear Speaker problems

The delay is normal as it's designed to create a spacious large room sound. The buzz however, is not. It sounds like the power supply is bleeding into the amp and should be serviced.
