I need an installation manual for a cvg4380p Jenn-Air cooktop

Jenn Air are high end and are Secretive with Service Manuals. You need a Service call and a whole load of money. It will be the controller or the board, or crack in the burner element. Even the controller switch is 150 bucks!

There are 2 clips under the cooktop, attached to the counter.
Remove the drawers under the cooktop to see the clips.

On link below is a install manual It might not be yours but they are all pretty much the same. It will tell you how to install. You just do the reverse to remove.

Also you do not un wire the cooktop from the cooktop but from the junction box in the wall. Please make sure the breaker is turned off before you un-wire it.

The plenum is the box the blower assembly attaches to. The blower pulls the cooking vapors down the plenum (well) and discharges through the duct.

The switch for the burner is bad and needs to be replaced.

Please cut the nonsence and get a brouchure to me, for  JENN-AIR cooktop CCE3401. MY ADDRESS IS 2049 CORLEONE DR., SPARKS, NV 89434. I AM 73 YRS. OLD AND I do not have the time or the patience to chase  Jen-Air around all over the internet! Everytime someone says it is on the internet, then go to Customer Care, then manuals, it is never there, and never that easy! Please. We are in a new house and the performance of the Jen-Air CCE3401W has not been that convincing...
