U600 screen blank

Hi my samsung u600's screen is playing up, it doesn't seem to be cracked. the back light illuminates and all the buttons appear to do something (its making sounds when pressed) however there is no picture displayed. once in a blue moon he picture will come back but any tapping or movement of the screen seems to make it disappear. I think that it may be a loose connection, could you please tell me how to replace the screen?

I removed the 4 screws but I can't see the the 2 others u mentioned, they're under the cover right? I can't pull the cover out, I'm scared it's attached to wires... The bottom is stuck, I'm so scared to break the phone. Please help.

Hi,

Probably all due to a faulty flex cable that connects the screen to the main board.

I had simmilar problems so I replaced the cable and now the phone is fine.

Take the battery out, and with a small watch makers screw driver unscrew the 4 screws you see and their is another two at the end under the cover which you need to pull off. But don't worry as it sticks on.

under the bottom half there is a connection which may have come loose as its only a simple push in clip which tend to come loose.

I know the solution but its radical but hear me out Samsung know full well that this phone should be recalled its a disaster but only if we shout and scream and make the bastards hear....its called saying **** you just keep taking the dough and sitting back for a new pay day when folk meekly accept that its part of the scheme ..they make **** products we cant even buy spares for so that the after sale parasites get a pay day too Its the truth guys you know it!
