My pc my computer is running and loading slow how can i fix it

Need more info but lets try something that some times help,, make a discleanup asuming your OP is winXP goto start-all program-accesories-system tools-disc clean up-when the dialog box apear select C then in the other dialog apear check mark the boxes and click OK when finish the dicleanup goto to the same routine but select disk defragment cilck defragment... both procedure will last a lot but is the only thing that you can do be patient and reapeat those procedure regulary and your computer will run better..good luck and rate me...
