Is the flame spreading all the way across the burners within 2 seconds? If not clean the flame tray. If it is and the flame still goes out, you have either a poor ground wire connection or the circuit board is bad. Keep your chin up and thanks for helping others.

I have a coleman model #DGAA070BDTB. The burner won't stay lite for more than 30 seconds to a minute. It has no codes. Please help

When the t'stat starts the furnace, 1st the draft inducer motor runs for a few seconds, then the igniter glows and the gas valve opens.
The burner then lights, the igniter shuts off. If the burner shuts off when the igniter shuts off, then it's the flame sensor. 1st disconnect the power, remove the flame sensor and clean it with some 000 steel wool or scotch brite and reinstall it. 95% of the time that will fix it, otherwise you will need to replace the flame sensor.

Furnace wont work

Have to know the model and serial of the furnace.
locate code list usually inside or on the back of a door.
Operation sequence= call for heat--inducer blower motor--makes pressure switch--signals board to bring on hsi--after a set time gas valve opens and you have ignition--main blower motor comes on after a set time

2004 Keeprite High Efficiency Furnace won't heat.

Do you have the model number? There is a problem with either the blower motor sensor or the ignitor. When the furnace get a signal for heat, the blower motor comes on and then the ignitor. If either one of those fail then it stops, waits and tries again. When the tech was there, if he did not replace any parts then he did not do his job. You can call them back out because the issue was not resolved or you can post the model number for us.

The furnace i have is blinking 3 times with a pause. i have checked the vent pressure switch with an ohm meter. reading is 0. blew into the hose and could hear the click of the limit switch also watch the...

Check your furnace door. Sometimes there is a legend to how many blinking lights means what. I had an issue with mine, read the code and it turns out it was hitting the high heat limit. Turns out my blower motor wasn't turning on. Replaced it with a spare and it was fixed. Find out what type of furnace, and google the name, model, and the words, 3 blinking lights. Does your furnace turn on at all? Does it start to go through the cycle then stop? This is the proper cycle of a furnace and what should happen.

Inducer motor kicks on, it runs for a little bit, about 3-5 seconds, then you should see a bright yellow glow, this is the igniter, shortly after, you should hear a click and the gas should start to flow, almost immediately it turns to a blue flame. Then your igniter should turn off and the blower motor start up.
