Try this: Settings>Sound & Display>Remove the check mark beside Roaming Tone. Sorry if this doesn't work. I Goggled "Samsung Cell Phones How do I get my phone to stop saying Verizon Wireless every time my phone rings". If not, go to Samsung.com and ask if there is a way to remove the phone company identification.
This issue may be caused by the network and not a defective
headset. Changing your phone settings as listed below will in most cases
stop the frequent ringing/beeping in your headset while in standby
mode. You may want to check with your service provider before changing
the
settings listed below, as the following activity may cause additional
charges on your phone bill. If you can, remove and re-install the phone
battery. This should reboot the phone. Go into the MENU > SETTINGS
> ROAM.
Change roam setting to "ROAMING ONLY". Users will no longer get any
Bluetooth headset rings/beeps unless the phone is actually ringing for
an incoming call. This is a temporary work around since once the phone
is
turned off, the roaming setting above is reset. You will need to follow
these steps each time you turn on your phone.
Reset your phone to the default factory settings. If not remove the battery and reset. If this wont solve check the settings on the tones, if there is settings for ringing. If this wont work the ringer can be faulty. Might need to remove to check if this is a loose connection or a failure.
If you have a sound settings option on your phone. You should be able to go to Ringer type. Which should list message, roam ringer & voice call. Select messages and then text message. My sounds, and then select no ring, and now you should have no sound when texting. Let me know if this helps
I cant hear it ringing while incoming call from any caller it just vibrate only.Any Idea how to solve this problem.my phone has the latest update from SEUS.
May be you selected the " Silent Profile " by accident in settings. Go to Menu > Settings > Profiles > and see what you have
