One very major we see with RADF's is that someone has pulled a jam in the reversed direction and by doing so has pulled a switch actuater out of position , I suggest you check each switch that you can to see if the switch /actuater is not loose or out of position . Next try cleaning feed tires with alcohol and paper towel to ensure proper feeding.

How to clear paper jam 11 paper is cleared but still indicates that its a jam

Then properly the sensor near the jam had it accurator jammed so the copier thinks there is still a paper there. or you mite have paper dust or dust blocking the sensor. Could also be a bad sensor worst case bad main board.

If you turn the printer off and then back on with a paper jam in it you will get this error message instead of a paper jam message. Paper feed on my Konica 7020 is jamming can you help?

It depends on where it is jammng, if it is in the feed area change paper or clean the feed rollers above the paper tray. If it is crunching the paper look to see what is stopping it and correct it. If it still jams in the machine you need a tech to see why.

Paper jams when folding 8 1/2 X 11 ivory paper; less often with white. Tech says it's a paper issue - so whose colored paper (brand) will work - or is it a design flaw?

Is this paper the same weight/thickness as the white paper?
Are you specifying the settings properly as far as the weight and type?
It sounds like the sensors are detecting a double feed(?)
Try different settings for the tray, and even try a different brand of stock to verify.

Paper jam

I strongly recommend a service tech. It sounds like you will need a PM kit, fuser claws and a few DFP rollers.

Konica 4155 - J16 Paper Jam

First, check if the paper loaded is matched with the copier settings.
If that doesn't solve the problem, carefully check the paper path sensors.
