I albani friend from Kosovo.
I have a problem with a 32 inch plasma tv lg, the problem has to do with control and can not be entered in the menu from time to time to appear on screen and off inputs.
I am otherwise tv service.

If the whole screen is just white light, the the LCD controller (t-con) board may have gone out. Your TV can have more than one version of the boards inside.

LG 32LH30 LCD TV Problem

IMO Seriously for $119 it's not worth it.
However, it does sound like a capacitor problem
If you are "Serious" about fixing I'd find a TV repair Forum.
Else I'd go here and get a new one.

I have a LG 32LH30 TV. When I power on the TV I get a picture in the top half of the screen and vertical lines in the bottom half.

T con board is responsible for the image you see on screen as well as any anomalies.

Horizontal lines shadowed / blured picture after 20-30 minutes

There are some semiconductors or capacitors that are leaky. Might need thorough check up inside the TV.
