Lens is stuck out and only restart message appears on screen.

Hi,
It indicates your lens is getting stuck inside .

First go with hard reset . Remove the batteries and insert new batteries . This in most case works well .If your problem still persists then check for the following :
* Carefully inspect around it for dirt or debris.
If you see any dirt or debris around the lens, use canned air to gently blow it away.
* After removing dirt and debris, turn the camera on and off.
This should work.

If your problem still continues you need to contact the service center to get your problem solved .
