Unless you have trouble with the grinder motor you won't need a manual - generic information on the care and correct treatment of grinding wheels applies to all grinding machines.
Badly treated grinding wheels can be lethal as can badly dressed wheels and badly adjusted tool rests.
The example in the picture appears to have been fitted with narrower wheels (probably for reasons of economy) and rendered the tool rests as unsuitable.
Depends what parts are needed. Spare parts for something that goes wrong so rarely can be difficult especially if the machine is imported.
Some parts will be fairly universal and so fairly easy to obtain - nuts, flanges, abrasive wheels, bearings, capacitor (if fitted) and possibly even the switch and tool rests.
That entire older Buffalo line of grinders: N-10CB, B-8CB, B-6CB, bgbr-6cb all use the same push pull switch.Most of those grinders were dual-voltage with a starter capacitor and there are 6 wires connected to a 4 contact switch. The "Jet BGS8-076" grinder switch that is used by the older Buffalo's, Galaxy, Duracraft and TestRite grinders is no longer available. The good news is that there is a replacement switch from another manufacturer: "3030-9001 push pull switch for RDX grinders" from Wholesale Tool is a direct replacement. It has the same 4-screw contacts on the back and the same push-pull diamond pattern front plate.
this is a "Split-Phase"motor it uses only a run capacitor and a typical capacitance rated MFD rating will be between 80 and 290 MFD, go to www. grainger..com and they will have your part,and even if its an older unit and the model/serial/number is available take it with you & they will have a replacement capacitor available in the correct size/dimension/mfd/etc
This is considered a throwaway tool when any internal parts break or wear out, including the brushes. It's usually cheaper to buy a new one as opposed to repairing one. If it's still within the warranty period, B&D will replace it or prorate the value depending on how long you've had it. The only replacement parts available for this grinder are the side handle, blade guard, the inner and outer flanges and spanner wrench.

I know this stinks but if the ents to the motor are clean you need your motor rebuilt. There are probably many people in your area who can do this look in yellow pages for electric motor rebuilding, alternator, starter
