tis may be due to drivers r not present or may be becoz its corrupted try reinstall the drivers k if u dnt have then u can use realtek driver cd .

You don't necessarily need the Installation Disk because you can download all the drivers and software/utlities from HP Official support for Free. (and make a CD if you wish)
Click here and select Operating System and download the drivers and scan software.

Access the manufacturer's web-site: http://support.hp.com

and enter '4480' and do the search
Select your printer.
Select your Operating System.
Download the device-driver.
Install it.

Buy a CD scratch remover kit

Hi, yes you can, you will have to go www.dell.com go to support then drivers and find you printer model and down load the diver and software this should be a free down load.
