To unblock someone on yahoo mail, Go to the top left hand corner where it says options and click. Then, click on Mail options. A new tab thing should open in your yahoo window. On your left hand side of the screen, there should be a spot where it says "Blocked Addresses". Click on that. There should be a box with a list of all the people you have blocked. Click on the email address for the person you want to unblock and then click on the button with the picture of the trash can.
Hi there. E-mail yahoo customer support and they will investigate your account and see why it was blocked. You may also be able to use your security questions to unlock the account and change your password.

try different server login to unblock it... go to mail US mail australia and others country... its tested because im using it when my yahoo id locked login there using your email address and password
