The 'go to previous' button ( < ) didn't work. I pressed it and there is no reaction. The 'next' button works perfectly though. I've used the player only 4 months

By 'W', i guess you mean wireless, first remove your power adapter, then next your battery from your laptop. press the power button for 40 seconds(note that nothing will com on since the laptop is not powererd), Next put back your battery(preferably fully charged), then switch on your laptop. Wireless is now enabled but may stil ve switched off, switch it on using FN+F8 keys. Good Luck
