How can I forward a call from panasonic KX-T7730 to a mobile phone after 3 rings if I have 4lines available
My office phone is set to Call Forward No Answer to Voice Mail.
I'm guessing that you are learning the difference between the TA series and the TAW or TDA series. Call waiting is programmed from a CW code dialed into the intercom (ie 7311 or *7311) and call forwarding to VM is programmed by a 71x or 710x or *710x command. In a TD TDA or TAW system, you get CF BUSY, CF NO ANSWER, or CF busy/NA.
In a TA you only get CF ALL, or CF Busy/NA.
So, if someone rings your phone while it's busy, there is no indication, just an immediate forward if that feature is set.

What do you mean "dragged"? Are you getting call waiting on line 1 and it's not going to line 2? That's a function of the dial tone provider. It's called a "hunt" group, or is set up with a series of Call Forward Busy commands. If the 2n'd call is not physically ringing another line, it's their fault.

hello, how do I reset the phone to have the phone "dragged" to another line and ring though i am busy talking and not having call forwarded to VM, because the line i'am talking is busy.
it used to be like this that call was forwarded to another line while i'm busy on this phone, but now not working.
please help reset the phone
