sometimes i do encounter that problem and can't play tetris battle...what i just did to resolve that is i change the browser that i'm using...for example...if you're using mozilla firefox as your browser and you encounter that error, just go to google chrome or other browser and try to play tetris...
there is a time that i've already try all my browsers but i still got the same error...i just unplug the modem for about 3-5mins and i re-plug it...and after that i try to play tetris and it works...
so if you don't have other browser on your computer...just restart or unplug your modem and try it again....

Something may be wrong with your Controller port or the Controller itself if you cannot get out of the Browser Config Screen. Try a different Controller, or Plug you controller into a different port to see if you gain any ground. normally rebooting the console with a game disc in it will start the game automatically.
