For the Direct White remote it is 10178
I just got Element 37". Comcast DVR remote code 11523 (Polaroid) worked! Hope this helps.
Look under Proview, they manufacture Element HDTV. Spread the word! please. It's a very nice tv
If code 115 for dish doesnt work. Use 627!
For the element 32" use comcast remote code for proton 0178
Try the code for Polaroid tvs.
Have a Element 32" ELCHS321 on Optimum cable and found that 004 works to program the cable remote.
I actually used all the help from this post with no luck then i went to the cox manual and started from the first number which was under AOC #0030. and it worked! thank god i didnt start from the back.
I used polaroid code 1061 for my element tv with cox cable and it worked :) hope this helps

You must replace the batteries by new ones type alkaline b) clean the contacts batteries c) retight the spring contacts batteries with pliers d) open the remote control for clena the keypad switch from dirty, dust, oxide, bad contacts or open , remember they send infrared signal from Syscon to the microncontroler Receiver. see the blck..d
