Hi, My Konica minolta 210 printer gives me an error msg and it doesn't print and I have the driver to re-install the it and test but I couldn't remove the old driver (it doesn't show in the add remove program) can you help me please? Asma

try re-installing printer driver - see if any more up to date printer driver exists for the operating system ? and the printer model number ?

Could be of appropriate Driver Version.
Plz check with different Version depending upon ur Windows OS

Konica Minolta in Japan don't know when the 1390mf driver will be available. Still waiting also

SOLUTION:- Follow these steps. 1-First of all take a usb cable. 2-Connect its one end to Bizhub 210 and the other end to your computer. 3-you will see your computer will show a notification " Found new hardware". 4-Now insert the printer Driver disc of Bizhub 210 in CD-ROM. 5-autoplay will show at the desktop 6-Now click on "Install Printer" 7-Follow the instructions and install the drivers. 8-when the drivers are correctly installed you will see printer icon of bizhub 210 in "Printer and Faxes" at control panel of your computer. 9-Now right click on this icon and click on "Properties" 10-now click on "PRINTING PREFERENCES" tab. 11-select Paper size, i.e if you are using A4 size in bizhub 210 then select paper size=A4 from the list. 12-now give a print command.ctrl+p. of any document. 13-printer will start printing.
if still having problem, then please do check the usb cable, it may be broken. if there is any other printers are installed on your computer which are not in use then remove them/ delete them. use konica minolta bizhub 210 as a default printer.

check the paper type in the driver, it might be setted to Letter and you are trying to print as A4 or A4 to letter.

Di183 standard m/c with GDI printer,to Print thru PCL driver u need to have Image controller installed in the m/c. So delete the printer driver & install the GDI printer driver.

Need to set A4 size default on the printer driver itself.
Go to Printers and Faxes / Konica Minolta 2490MF right click/ Printing preferences /
Create a "Easy Set" with a new name. Set all paper sizes to A4. Save the new settings to the new Easy Set.
Click apply.

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.
