When the TV does this, the RED LED on the front will blink. For digits 1-10 it will blink pause then repeat. For numbers with 2 digits it will blink the first digit slow and then second digit fast. So 25 would be 2 slow blinks followed by 5 fast blinks.

Prints multiple copies of job and will not shut off or stop printing

Unplug the power cord from the printer. Hold down the red "X" button. Plug the power cord back in while holding down this button. Release the button. Should see flashing red and green lights. Unplug the power cord again. Replug. Should be reset.

I have a Philips 50" Flat HDTV model 50PF9431D/37. Problem with screen turning on. I get sound. I get 9 quick flashes in red. Then after unplugging and plugging back in several times. It then blinks...

I have the exact same problem! I have it hooked up to a power strip now to unplug it by flicking of the power strip and waiting for the red light to go out then I turn it back on while Channeling up 10 X's and then down and up until it comes on. I listen to the sound of the switch which it comes on. I turn it off if it is faint and then back on and channel up. Crazy process but it's been working. It takes about 10 minutes everytime to get the TV on until I get a tech to come out and look at it. The capacitor keeps a charge which is why the light is flashing with a code for 60 seconds./JJ

Kodak ESP-3 Printer Red Flashing Light

Couple of things.
1. Look inside the printer by the print head. On one side you should see a felt pad of some sort. Make sure this has not come loose. If it has, it can block the path of the print head and will read paper jam. I have seen this mostly with the ESP 5, but I suppose the same could happen with the 3.

2. This way is kind of long but will clear a lot of problems. Open the top of the printer and remove both cartridges and the print head. Unplug the power supply and close the printer. Wait about 30 seconds. Now plug the power back in and wait until the printer stops moving inside. Open the printer and instal just the print head. Unplug and wait 30 seconds. Repeat this procedure with installing the black, then the color. Make sure you unplug for 30 seconds and wait for the internal parts to stop moving between each step. his should fix everything. It has worked for me several times. These really are a decent printer, just a little glitchy sometimes.

3. Make sure a paper has not gotten wadded up and is hidden inside to the left or right of the print head. I have seen this twice in the ESP 3.

Hope this helps.

LG LCD TV Standby Light Flashing Red Continuously

I have had this same problem twice in the past 3 months. So far both times I've been able to get it back after a week or two. I'm not sure what works, but unplugging and detaching the antenna and cable and waiting a few days seems to be the key. In both instances, I unplugged it for a few days then plugged it in for a few days and repeated the processes until I eventually got the steady red led. Both times prior to the red led the led would flash red then green and make a clickiing noise for several hours before I was able to get it working again.

Tv won't turn on, power led just flashes

I have the same problem. After about 2 seconds the system status light blinks red and the system needs to be reset. The only way to turn the system on is to unplug from power for 5 minutes and then plug back in, wait for light to stop blinking and then turn on. I have cleaned the filter on the left side. The model is Mitsubishi WD-62725. any ideas?

Sony FWD50PX2/S 50 in. Plasma Television power problem

It does sound like a power supply problem but that can be misleading because a problem somewhere else in the TV can be "holding down" the power supply. This can usually be determined by using some isolation techniques.
