No user profiles are displayed at login screen. Instead there is a field to enter ID & PASSWORD. Some thing happend to my Computer. User accounts are not displyed, instead i can see user name and password field. Each time instead of clicking on the username, i have to type user name and again type the password. I have 4 user acounts on my PC. I cannot click the user accounts .This is frustrating. Some one please help me..

Resetting password & user name on Windows:b>*Start your computer
*Keep pressing "F8" as the computer starts.
*This will enter the computer in Safe Mode.
*(When the window "Advanced Boot Options" opens, choose "SafeMode" with arrow key and confirmby pressing the Enter key, then computer enters Safe Mode.
*Once you are in the Safe mode Click "Administrator" on the Windowslogin screen.
*Take note that you have set the Administrator password before, you need toinput the changed password instead of leaving "Password" field blank.
*Then click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Select the accountthat is locked and change the password.
**Restart computer and login into the account you just created using your newpassword.

Go to Gateway of Tally

1. Press Ctrl+K: Control Center or press Ctrl+K.

2. The remote login screen is displayed

3. Enter the required account id in the your email id field and password in your tally.net password field. The password is sent by email separately to the email address provided while activating tally.erp 9.

4. Press enter.

The control center screen

- Select my tall.net accounts.

- The my tally.net accounts screen is displayed.

- Select the required account id

- Press Enter

- The control center screen is displayed

- Select user management and press enter.

- The user management is displayed, along with the details related of the account id.

To create tally.net users, execute the following setps:

- Select standard users from the list of security level.

- Enter the required email id for the remote tally.net user in tally.net id field and press enter.

- Based on you requirement, select the status from the list of status.

- Select end of list.

- Accept to save the new tally.net user that has been created.
