This is just a regular telephone, you don't need software to use it - unless, of course, you want the extra features.

Here is a short version of the Base Station Setup
1) Charge base Unit Handset for 16-18 hrs
2) To Access the Base station settings for Setup, click the C key, then the down arrow just above it(in the center top of the keypad) between the two telephone logos in white color) until the screen shows MENU on its last line of display. Then press the Silver key with the up=pointing black arrow on the left side of the front face (bottom left screen corner).
3) The Menu Screen can be cycled using this same Silver Arrow Key (Left or Right doesn't matter) between Intercom, BS SETTINGS, and HS SETTINGS. You can adjust the Base's Settings using BS SETTINGS and any additional Hand Sets using HS SETTINGS.
There really isn't software for the phone. i would suggest putting the handset into the charger till you see the power light flicker then remove it and you should have dial tone. incidentally if you have just set up this phone you need to charge the handset(s) at least 12 hours before the first use. i notice also that is a two line phone... please ensure you do not have it on the wrong line.

hello!unfortunatly the first expert doesnt resolve my problem.he suggest me to download the manual .however i asked him to provide me only the SOFTWARE CD-ROM and respond me how can i resolve the problem that i havent DIALTONE on my handset .he doesnt respond me .and he give me an phone number to obtien the software cd-rom.i cant speak on the phone my english dont sufficent for this .if i will buy this cd-rom please give me an website address.and please answer my question :how will i obtien the DIAL TONE on my handset.thank you for SUFFICENT ADVICE .

i have charged the BASE and the HANDSET.it make now 3 days .there is DIAL TONE on the BASE .BUT on the handset unfortunatly there isnt DIAL TONE . i did all of my best .but i see all the people have the same problem .and it make now 3 days you couldnt resolve the problem .i know ofcourse there is 2 lines on the BASE . each one work .the problem is on the handset .how many time will i wait you for resolve this problem .asap responce please .
