Most of these Chinese safes have a reset button inside the safe. Open the safe, press reset and enter your new combination. Then check it before closing and locking the safe.
Most inexpensive electronic safes have a reset button inside. Push that and then enter the new combination and finally press the button you normally use to unlock. Confirm the new combination works before closing the door again.
Wow , I have the same safe thats been locked for more than a year.
I locked the keys in the safe and forgot the code.
I took the thing out side and droped it on its corner and whala.

Try and use default code 159a then try and reset if not go to harborfreight.com put in safe it has instructions on how to change all these are the same even if name is different
Go to harborfreight.com; click on safes picture in the right column; then click on the safe that you have (#45891); then click on the instruction manual download icon at the bottom. This should solve all your problems.
