I broke the glass outside on the door of my Zanussi oven ZOB 646 QX model. The price of this glass together with the panal costs about 1/2 of the oven price. Can I replace this glass without buying the whole panal? 10x

In my experience of repairing ovens, it is usually possible to replace glass without going to the expense of replacing whole panel.
Check with the manufacture.

Really bad but how we are supposed to help you? Find a shop where they sell parts for Zanussi ovens.
Most I can do for you is to provide you some websites selling parts for zanussi: ovens
Why? Mine looks to be almost a "sealed" panel, similar to the sealed Thermopane for windows and Doors, only the outside surfaces can be cleaned. If there is a decorator cover, that can be removed via the surround and remove. But I'd leave it alone. Consider it's age, your age, when will you move or not move, when or if you will replace it, or remodel. If it's a critical issue, I'd look for a nice looking used replacement door.
The child safety function
In order to avoid that children engage oven, it is possible to lock the oven controls. Press the two keys (as shown) and hold them for at least 3 seconds. The beep and "SAFE" on the display indicates that the child safety function is activated and it is not possible to select the temperature or a function of the oven.
To unlock the oven press the two keys (as shown) and hold them for at least 3 seconds. You will heard beep and indication "SAFE" will be disappear. Now you can operate the oven.
Linda, if you can't find a replacement door at local used appliance repair shops - check the Yellow Pages - look to see how the door comes apart. It is probably held together with 6 or 8 Philips screws. Get the door apart and take out the broken glass. Call around to see if an appliance repair store has an oven they are discarding that has the same size glass or larger. If the glass is too big, phone a few glass shops to see if they can 'cut' it down for you. Some tempered glasses can be cut and sanded down to the precise size you need. Take your old broken glass to the shop to be used as a template. You should be able to get away with this type of repair for $50 if you compare prices.
